  • 1) Is your jewelry handmade? What materials do you use?

    Our jewelry is all handmade in Slovakia. We make them so that we can wear them too, that's why every single piece is precisely created from high-quality and long-lasting materials. We have suppliers all over the world and work with the highest quality minerals, natural materials and surgical steel accessories, silver plated with 925 silver or gold plated with 18k gold.

  • 2) Is all jewelry handmade?

    Yes, every single piece is handmade with attention to detail and uniqueness. No mass production machines – just craftsmanship and energy that goes into each piece of jewelry. Every bracelet is an original.

  • 2) How to choose the right bracelet size?

    It is best if you measure the circumference of your wrist with a tape measure and add approx. 1 cm to the circumference. This is how you get the right bracelet size:

    • XS - 15 cm
    • S - 16 cm
    • M - 17 cm

    If you wish to make a different size of jewelry, don't worry, write it in the note in the basket and we will make it according to your wishes.

  • 3) Is it possible to have personalized jewelry?

    Yes and no. We do not make other custom-made jewelry, all our jewelry is of our own production. However, if you wish to slightly change the design of our jewelry, change the number or order of minerals and accessories that are in the jewelry, or if you wish to add something from another model that we offer to the jewelry, be sure to write to us on our Instagram wildbeads_sk or email hello@wildbeads .eu. We believe that we will come up with something together.

  • 5. How is delivery done and how long does it take?

    📦 Slovakia and Czech Republic : 2 – 4 business days
    🌍 Europe : 5 – 7 business days
    🚀 Express delivery? If you're in a hurry, let us know and we'll try to arrange it!

    Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition .

  • 6. What if the jewelry doesn't fit me or I want to return it?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied. If the jewelry doesn't fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days . Just write to us and we'll work out the details.

  • 7. Can I order a piece of jewelry as a gift?

    Yes, and we'll even wrap it beautifully for you! 🎁 Just check the gift wrapping option when ordering and we'll take care of everything. Don't worry, we won't even wrap the price tag :)

  • 8. Do you also offer custom production?

    We are currently focusing on our own collections, but if you have a special request or idea, don't hesitate to contact us. Maybe together we can create something special.
